CPI's RSS follows the standard of "Green Book", by which the rubber is classified into 4 different grades, namely RSS-1, 3, 4 and 5. The details of product are as follows : Appearance: Square sheet unsorted by Yellow, Brown and Black color. Size: Cube shape coated with "Rock Powder" Quality: Strictly controlled regarding to the "Green Book" and Customer Contract Packing: Pressed in cube of 111.11 Kgs., 33.33 Kgs or upon customer request.

Process

At CPI, the production process is designed to reach the standard as follows :

• Unsmoked Sheets as raw material are selected and collected carefully from the contact farmers, the local rubber market and the local intermediaries. The standard is based on Thailand’s Rubber Research Institute
• Unsmoked Sheets are washed by clean water and removed external dirt by Brushing machine
• Unsmoked Sheets are hanged on prepared bamboo row for drying
• Then they are brought into Oven Room at temperature of 60-65 degree Celsius. The room temperature is maintained by experiened specialists for 48-72 hours to ensure that they are wholly dried
• Finished Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) are classified into grades and removed of dirt from CPI's well-trained staff
• RSS are pressed into cubed shape at the weight of 111.11 kgs or 33.33 kgs or upon customer request
• The pressed RSS is packed in plastic bag, then put into pallette with trademark printed or coated with rock powder
